Join one of our existing training groups, or you can create your own workout group with friends, family, or co-workers. Classes are 60 min and combine a variety of exercises such as cardio exercises, abdominal exercises, strength training and stretching for maximum weight loss and toning using body weight, free weights, bands, medicine balls, Bosu and more.
