Yolanda Gurley is the owner of Speak Life Fitness and has been a certified trainer through AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) for the last 6 years. She has a passion for fitness and empowering others to achieve their personal best. She has a great compassion for her clients because she has overcome struggles experienced by many of them such as poor body image, weight gain, lower than desired self-esteem and not knowing where to start or how to maintain a solid fitness program. Knowing how many important aspects of her life changed for the better after consistently implementing a fitness plan, lifestyle and attitude, she is now committed to helping others achieve the fulfillment and excitement of reaching and maintaining their own goals. She takes a realistic approach to creating exercise programs that work for your individual ambitions and lifestyle. She is an effective personal trainer that educates, motivates and guides every client, every workout. She will keep your body guessing and your mind engaged!
