Semi Private Training

(2 -6 people)

Join one of our existing training groups, or you can create your own workout group with friends, family, or co-workers. Classes are 60 min and combine a variety of exercises such as cardio exercises, abdominal exercises, strength training and stretching for maximum weight loss and toning using body weight, free weights, bands, medicine balls, Bosu and more.

Virtual Training

Join us as we “Choose 2 Lose”!
Choose 2 Lose is a 8 week virtual fitness training program performed in the privacy of your own home via Zoom. This program includes two live online circuit training workouts using a mat, body weight, and a set of dumbbells. If you don’t have dumbbells you can use water bottles, canned goods or whatever you have handy. Workouts are every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm EST. You will also receive one self guided workout via email each week on Fridays giving you a total of three workout days per week.
